Bucks County House Arrest

The Bucks County House Arrest Program is certainly a privilege. If you are admitted to House Arrest in Bucks County you are considered an inmate in the Bucks County Prison System.

You must possess many specific qualifications in order to be selected for the Bucks County House Arrest Program. First and foremost, you must have an established local Bucks County residence. If you do not live or cannot quickly move to Bucks County Pennsylvania, forget Bucks County House Arrest.

In order to be qualified for the Bucks County House Arrest Program you must go through an interview process. Michael L. Saile, Jr., Esq. of Saile & Saile LLP, an experienced Buck County DUI lawyer will prepare you for your Bucks County House Arrest interview.

Even if you are “qualified” for the Bucks County House Arrest Program, you must be approved for the Program by the Bucks County Common Pleas Court judge that sentences you. If you are forced to appear before a Bucks County Common Pleas Court judge, we highly recommend that you are represented by a local Bucks County DUI lawyer such as Michael L. Saile, Jr., Esq. We at Saile & Saile LLP have seen many unrepresented Bucks County DUI defendants go directly to jail because they did not retain the services of a local Bucks County DUI lawyer.

A Bucks County Common Pleas Court judge must determine whether or not you can be trusted to be put on the Bucks County House Arrest Program. If you have committed violent crimes in the past or if the Bucks County Common Pleas Court judge believes that you may be a “flight” risk, you may be denied entry into the Bucks County House Arrest Program.

The Bucks County House Arrest Program is not free. Currently it will cost you about $10 dollars a day for your monitoring fee on the Bucks County House Arrest Program. There are also many rules and regulations of the Bucks County House Arrest Program. If we believe a client may be eligible for the Bucks County House Arrest Program, we at Saile & Saile LLP will provide our clients with the Bucks County House Arrest Program rules and regulations and set them up with a Bucks County House Arrest interview.

If you are interested in quality legal representation from a local Bucks County DUI lawyer such as Michael L. Saile, Jr., Esq. and admission into the Bucks County House Arrest Program, please telephone us to set up an appointment.
