Do not be caught driving under the influence (DUI) in Bucks County after a Bucks County car accident. The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office has a strict rule against admittance into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (A.R.D.) program for first offense Buck County DUI car accidents.  This includes minor Bucks County DUI car accidentswith no injuries or property damage.
