PennDot Point System
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDot) is in charge of driver licensing in PA, including Bucks County. PennDot maintains a driving record for every PA licensed driver in Bucks County.
A Bucks County driver accumulates points on his or her PA driver’s license when he or she is found guilty of certain driving (moving) violations. If a Bucks County driver has accumulated 6 or more points on his or her license, PennDot will take corrective action.
