DUI Programs in Bucks County

The Bucks County, Pennsylvania court system, the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office, and PennDot have a few programs for people who have been charged with drunk driving (DUI).

Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program is Bucks County’s first offender’s program. House arrest may be available in Bucks County for individuals with jail sentences. Adult Parole is the program that you will be placed in after you have served your minimum DUI jail sentence.

You may be eligible for a Pennsylvania Occupational Limited License for driving to and from school or work.   We at Saile & Saile LLP will explain these programs to you. If beneficial to you, we will help you obtain entrance into these programs and help you get through your Bucks County DUI case and move on with your life.
