Excessive Speeding

If a Bucks County driver is convicted of speeding31 miles per hour or more over the posted speed limit, the driver will have to attend a Departmental Hearing. Once PennDot reviews the hearing file, one or both of the following will be initiated:

  1. 15-Day License Suspension
  2. Special On-Road Driver’s Examination

If a 15-day suspension penalty is given to the Bucks County driver, his or her driving record will show 5 points once license is reinstated. Failure to attend this Departmental Hearing will result in a 60-day license suspension to the Bucks County driver.

Don’t be convicted of a speeding ticket in Bucks County while driving faster than 31 m.p.h. over the speed limit. Hire an experienced Bucks County speeding ticket lawyer such as Michael L. Saile, Jr., Esq. of Saile & Saile LLP.
