Michael L. Saile, Jr., Esq.
Bucks County DUI Lawyer Michael Saile
Michael L. Saile, Jr., focuses his practice on DUI defense law in Bucks County, Montgomery County, PA and New Jersey. The majority of his cases involve people who are first time DUI offenders and are concerned about their future.
Mr. Saile graduated from Council Rock High School, located in Newtown, Bucks County, PA. While in high school, he achieved the highest rank from the Boy Scouts of America: the Eagle Scout. He then went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in accounting at the University of Delaware where he joined the social fraternity Pi Kappa Alpha.
Moving on to law school, Mr. Saile achieved a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law. There he consistently achieved the Dean’s List and graduated Cum Laude. His efforts at Widener earned him selection to participate in the law school’s mock trial team known as the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society.
After successfully passing both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar examinations, Mr. Saile began working as a trial attorney in Vineland, NJ. There, Mr. Saile personally represented over a hundred clients at any given time, who were charged with DUI and traffic violations, as well as those who were injured in car accidents.
After gaining sufficient litigation experience, Mr. Saile relocated to the Newtown/Langhorne area of Bucks County, and formed a legal partnership, Saile & Saile LLP, with his father, also Michael Saile. That change allowed him to represent his clients in a more personalized way. In his prior capacity, he was unable to form any type of relationship with the people he represented. Frequently, his first meeting with clients happened in the courtroom. Then, he knew nothing about these people, their concerns, or their personal situations.
At Saile & Saile LLP, Mr. Saile is able to focus on building relationships with his clients so that he can best represent each individual. Despite his highly-recognized level of DUI case experience, he’s comfortable being called “Mike” by clients—none of that stuffy old-school attitude. He spends time educating his clients about DUI law and what to expect at each court appearance. He takes great pride in knowing that through his hard work, he has the opportunity to make his clients’ lives better.
Michael Saile has provided DUI defense, representing clients in every District Justice Court in Bucks County and is friendly with most of the Bucks County District Attorneys. He knows what works and more importantly, what doesn’t work with the judges of the Bucks County Common Pleas Court.
Mike will offer you a flat fee for representation in your Bucks County DUI case. This means that you will have no surprise legal fees. Whether your case results in admission to the ARD Program (Bucks County’s First Offender’s program), a Motions Hearing, a guilty plea, or even a trial, you will be charged the same fee. He will also offer you a payment plan if needed, and Saile & Saile LLP accepts credit card payments.
Within his first 10 years of practice, Mr. Saile’s legal expertise has been featured on television, radio, and Philadelphia area print media. He appeared on the Consumer Advocate show broadcasted on the ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS networks. He has spoken about injury law on KYW News Radio 1060 and 1210 AM’s The Big Talker.
