Third (Plus) Six Points

If a Bucks County driver’s record is reduced to below 6 points, but then for a third (or more) time reaches 6 or more points, the Bucks County driver must attend a Departmental Hearing.

PennDot will determine if a 30-day license suspension will be initiated. Failure to attend this Departmental Hearing will result in a license suspension until the Bucks County driver attends the hearing.

If you have points on your PA driving record, and you get another Bucks County, PA traffic ticket, contact the traffic violation lawyers at Saile & Saile LLP to help save your license.
