Bucks County Probation and Parole are managed by the Bucks County Adult Probation and Parole Department. Probation in Bucks County is a program that is part of a Bucks County criminal defendant’s sentence. Probation allows the Bucks County criminal defendant to be released into society under supervision. Under current Pennsylvania driving under the influence law, Probation is not part of a Bucks County DUI sentence.
