When you are charged with DUI (driving under the influence) in Bucks County, Pennsylvania there are two separate courts that you must attend. Your Bucks County Preliminary Hearing will be held at the local Bucks County District Justice Court in the location where the Bucks County DUI offense occurred. After your Bucks County Preliminary Hearing, the case will then be transferred up to the Bucks County Common Pleas Court in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
