DUI Case Discovery

Discovery is the part of the Bucks County DUI-Drunk Driving case when both the prosecution (Bucks County District Attorney) and the defendant exchange information about the Bucks County DUI case. Almost always, this is a one-way transfer of a package of documents from the Bucks County District Attorney to the DUI defense attorney.
